Although Tekcart and our delivery partners are still operating all delivery services throughout this time, due to the exceptional volume of deliveries and measures taken to ensure the safety of all team members - the typical delivery timeframes for both express and standard options may be extended.

Delivery Methods:

We offer shipping Australia wide via Courier and Australia Post eParcel services. All orders are fully registered and tracked, someone must be available to receive and sign for deliveries at the provided shipping address. Deliveries are not eligible for Safe Drop or Authority to Leave.

If no one is available when delivery is attempted, your delivery will generally be made available for collection from your local courier depot or Post Office. Redelivery, redirection, or returned deliveries may not be available and may incur additional fees.

Other Shipping Options Available:

• 2 – 4 hours delivery available in Metro areas

• After hours delivery available for Victoria

• After hours delivery is available on request. At this stage, this facility is available only for Victoria.

• This service is delivered through our sister company Click Logistics and may incur additional charge.

International Shipping:

International shipping is not available at this stage

PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, & Parcel Lockers:

Orders for delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, & Parcel Lockers must use the Australia Post delivery service, our couriers can only deliver to physical addresses.

Business & Commercial Addresses:

Orders that are being delivered to a business or commercial site must include the business or site name and may be left with reception or internal mail delivery services.

Shipping Time Frame :

• Auspost & Star Track

• Standard Delivery : 2 – 5 business days

• Express Delivery : 1 – 2 Business days to metro areas

Note: Regional suburbs may require additional time for delivery
